CSP Coaching LLP

'Coaching for Growth' is the motto of a coaching partnership based in Plymouth. CSP Coaching LLP partners, Alan Chatting and Steve Scott, truly believe anyone can achieve growth, success and fulfilment, if they really want to.

CSP Coaching LLP is a coaching partnership whose purpose is to develop new skills in people and businesses using life, business and executive coaching techniques and, in doing so, to contribute to the personal and professional development of individuals and organisations.

Both Alan and Steve have a long association with Plymouth and developing people and businesses. Alan was a teacher at a number of Plymouth secondary schools for 20 years and 10 years ago qualified as a counsellor and therapist, setting up his own successful practice with his wife Grace. During his tenure as a teacher and a counsellor he has enthusiastically devoted his time and energy to assisting people get the most from their lives.

Steve has worked in senior managerial positions, both in Plymouth and South Africa, over his 34 year career. During this time he was passionate about developing the business, personal skills and experience of the people around him in order to allow them to progress professionally and individually.

When Alan and Steve met it quickly became obvious to them that they had so much in common it was a natural conclusion that they should create CSP Coaching LLP for personal, business and executive coaching in order to continue the work they have previously been doing so successfully.

CSP Coaching LLP is one of the founder members of the new network of independent coaches, Coaching INC, and, in addition, both Alan and Steve play an active role in the community by giving their services voluntarily to several agencies helping others. Through Coaching INC, CSP Coaching LLP is fully committed to the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce project "Plymouth Better Together" and is both a pledge holder and a delivery partner in this exciting venture.
